Designed by acclaimed architects Gary Browning and Wade Horrocks, both courses at Copper Point are outstanding examples of how good golf can be when architects carefully consider the terrain they’re building on, accentuate its natural beauty, and don’t force anything. Interestingly, very little earth was moved to build these courses and, yet, they are two of the finest, most exciting courses in the Kootenay Rockies.

“Both courses are strung together with timeless and strategic golf holes,” says General Manager, Brian Schaal. “It’s like they’ve been there a hundred years.”

The new Ridge Course, which opened just last year, is a ‘Masters’ course. That is, it’s comprised of challenging, full-length holes, however, it plays to a par of 62 and takes less time to complete than the Copper Point Course.
